Shipping policy

Note: Items listed on our website as In-Stock will ship within two business days. Some products will have a note on the website of In Stock- Available at Supplier. These items will be ordered the following Monday at 9 EST. This note DOESN'T appear in the SHOP APP.

They will take a few days to arrive in our store, and then we will get them out to you. Please note: Shop does not denote the status of the item. Please visit https://detectivehawkgames.com and find the product you are interested in purchasing. Under the "Buy" button, it will denote if the product needs to be ordered from the supplier. We are actively working with Shop to add this to their product page.

Please also note, we have a new Shipping Discount on All orders. For every $100 you order, we will discount your shipping by an additional $10. See our Shipping Discounts page for more information

Going Out of Stock - Any item marked with this will be ordered from the publisher. There is a slight chance it will have gone out of stock prior to our order. We will contact you if this happens. See our FAQ for more details.
