Our shipping timeline's are currently being affected by our Store Closure - Please read for details!

We know when you order from us, sometimes it takes awhile for us to ship your item. We want to be transparent about this so please see the below table to help you understand our shipping timelines:

We place orders with our suppliers Mondays. We also order Weekly Deals items (M-F)

We receive our UPS shipments from both suppliers between 7pm and 10pm EST. They are dropped at a secure location in our store, but that also means, we can not ship back out to you the same day it arrives.

Your entire order will ship when all products are in our store. Please keep that in mind when ordering. If everything in your order is in stock, expect it will ship the next business day. If some of your products are in stock and others need to be ordered, everything is held until all products are received.

From to time, the normal priced items will ship to us faster. This is contingent on us reaching a specific size of order with the supplier in a week. Once we hit that threshold we will order everything that is outstanding and this timeline will be faster.

EX: if we hit our threshold by Wednesday, the normal priced items will be processed by the supplier Thursday and be here by the following Tuesday and once everything is here, we will ship it. Once we have your entire order, it is queued for packing and ships the next day.

Quick tip: If you want to have the lowest wait time between the time you order and shipment from us of normal priced items, place your order on Sundays. Items will arrive on Thursday or Friday* and be off to you by the following Monday.

* If the received day is Thursday, we try to get everything out Friday or Saturday. If the received day is Friday, the items will be packed over the weekend and shipped on Monday.
