Holiday Shipping Timeline
All orders placed prior to December 9th at 9am est will be shipped in time for Christmas. We will place our supplier order then and it will take a couple days to arrive here. We will turn your order around within 48 hours.
Normal Shipping Timeline
We know when you order from us, sometimes it takes awhile for us to ship your item. We want to be transparent about this so please see the below table to help you understand our shipping timelines:
We place orders with our suppliers Mondays. We also order Weekly Deals items (M-F)
SO= Supplier Order, REC= received by Detective Hawk Games, STU = Shipped to You (U)
Monday before 9am
In Stock items will ship on Tuesday
If we order from a supplier: Our order typical takes 3-4 days so it will arrive Thursday or Friday. We will ship out by the following Monday.
Monday after 9am through the following Monday.
In Stock Items will ship the next business day.
All other products: will be added to our next supplier order, the following Monday.
Quick tip: If you want to have the lowest wait time between the time you order and shipment from us of normal priced items, place your order on Sundays. Items will arrive on Thursday or Friday* and be off to you by the following Monday.

We receive our UPS shipments from both suppliers between 7pm and 10pm EST. They are dropped at a secure location in our store, but that also means, we can not ship back out to you the same day it arrives.

Your entire order will ship when all products are in our store. Please keep that in mind when ordering. If everything in your order is in stock, expect it will ship the next business day. If some of your products are in stock and others need to be ordered, everything is held until all products are received.
Finally - if your order contains a "Preorder" item, your entire order will be held until the preorder item releases. Please contact us if you want us to ship the rest of your order prior. Additional shipping costs will apply.
